Erez Elkon specializes in corporate and commercial transactions. Erez advises multinational companies, local businesses and individuals on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, project finance and complex finance transactions.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co., Erez was a senior associate at S. Horowitz & Co., where he specialized mainly in complex financial transactions. Prior to joining S. Horowitz & Co., Erez practiced for several years in the Structured Finance department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, one of the world's largest law firms, in their New York office. At Skadden, Erez represented private and public companies on a broad spectrum of matters pertaining to complex structured financing, corporate and securities laws.

Erez's experience includes representing companies in:

• developing the legal and economic structure of new financial products, including an oil future contracts-based product currently traded on the American Stock Exchange;
• structuring a $3 billion mortgage-based Credit Default Obligation;
• issuing multi-billion public and non-public Credit Cards' Receivables-based notes; and
• restructuring a $50 million car loan-based financial securitization.
