Iris has extensive experience in all areas of antitrust law. She represents prominent Israeli firms in a wide range of industries, including firms in the telecommunications, health, energy and food sectors. Iris has handled complex issues involving restrictive agreements and joint ventures and questions of monopoly position and behavior. Iris also advises regularly on local and international merger filing questions.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co., Iris practiced law at the legal department of the Israeli Antitrust Authority (2001-2010). At the IAA Iris was in charge of the Food and Retail, Agriculture, Culture and Education sectors. Iris also headed the mergers unit of the IAA's Legal Department, and therefore has comprehensive procedural and substantial knowledge of the Israeli merger regime. Prior to that, Iris was part of the IAA's Criminal Prosecution Team, and handled several prominent cases, such as the Liquid Petroleum Gas and the Flooring Cartels.
