Naomi's practice is centered on corporate and commercial advice, with an emphasis on the telecommunications and information technology fields.  Naomi has advised both suppliers and customers on a range of complex commercial transactions, including major supply and services agreements, outsourcing, marketing and advertising clearance and IT issues as well as providing general contractual advice.

Prior to moving to Israel, Naomi worked as senior corporate counsel at AAPT Limited  (2005-2010). AAPT Limited is Australia third largest full service telecommunications provider. In this role Naomi advised senior management on a wide range of legal and commercial issues, and as such has a very good understanding of the commercial drivers facing a business.  Naomi also worked in the corporate departments of Arnold Bloch Leibler and Gilbert & Tobin in Australia.
