Nir's main practice area is real estate. He represents real estate entrepreneurs, investors, developers and lenders in all aspects of real estate investment, development and financing.

Nir advises clients regarding the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, development and construction agreements, real estate finance and the formation of real estate investment funds, partnerships and joint ventures.

Nir also regularly takes part in complex contracts involving private and public companies, as well as individuals. He is also involved in the field of urban renewal, residential buildings and National Outline Plan (NOP) 38.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co. Nir started his legal career as an intern at Matry, Meiri & Co. Law Offices at the Insolvency, Banking & Real Estate Department.
