Yiftach's practice includes a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, with particular emphasis on project finance, complex commercial and financial transactions, tenders, BOT/PFI projects, regulatory issues and corporate governance matters.

Within these fields of expertise, Yiftach counsels both local and international clients, among which are banks and financial institutions as well as companies operating in various fields, including infrastructure, private power plants, transportation and renewable energies.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co., Yiftach practiced law at one of the leading law firms in Israel, initially as a member of the Corporate and Capital Markets Group, where he specialized in the corporate area and provided corporate clients ongoing legal counsel pertaining to the fields of corporate law, capital markets, securities, public offerings and commercial law, and later as a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group, where he advised and represented some of the most prominent project groups in Israel.
