Zohar has vast experience in all aspects of antitrust matters including complex mergers, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices and matters relating to abuse of dominant position.

Zohar represents major local and international firms in various proceedings before the Israeli Antitrust Commissioner as well as complex litigation cases before the Antitrust Tribunal and criminal courts. Zohar regularly consults to major local and international companies in a wide range of industries, including banking, aviation and retail sectors as well as assisting companies with the creation and implementation of internal antitrust compliance programs.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co., Zohar was an intern at the legal department of the Israeli Antitrust Authority.
