Tani's practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on infrastructure, energy and renewable energy projects. Tani regularly advises clients on various aspects of solar, wind and other energy-related projects, including on regulatory aspects of the energy and renewable energy sectors.

 

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co., Tani was an associate in the bankruptcy department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York (2005-2010). She represented the full range of bankruptcy participants in bankruptcy cases and corporate restructurings - debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official and unofficial committees, and acquirors of distressed assets. She handled chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy-related acquisitions and bankruptcy-related litigation. In addition, Tani maintained a significant pro bono practice and has been selected to receive the New York City Bar Justice Center's inaugural Jeremy G. Epstein Award for Pro Bono Service (2009).

 

In the past, Tani clerked for Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch of the Supreme Court of Israel (1999-2000).
