Efrat's practice covers a wide range of matters associated with telecommunications and regulation. Efrat has represented major international and local clients providing fixed telephony, cellular communications, television broadcasting and content. In addition, Efrat has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters.

 

Before embarking on her legal career, Efrat spent seven years as an editor and economic affairs reporter for IDF Radio and Channel 10 TV News (1995-2003). Efrat's prior legal experience was with Caspi & Co. (2003-2005).
