Itay's practice covers a wide range of matters associated with corporate and commercial issues. He advises leading foreign and Israeli corporations and other institutions in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Itay has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, including the United States and Europe. He has represented a broad range of international clients in a variety of different industries.

Itay also provides general and ongoing corporate advice with respect to all aspects of conducting business in Israel, including compliance matters, director duties and responsibilities and business transactions.

Prior to joining Tadmor & Co. Itay was a corporate attorney at the New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
