Yaron's main practice area is real estate. He represents real estate entrepreneurs, investors, developers and lenders in all aspects of real estate investment, development and financing. Yaron regularly advises clients regarding the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, development and construction agreements, real estate finance and the formation of real estate investment funds, partnerships and joint ventures. In addition, Yaron provides on-going legal advice to business entities and not-for-profit organizations.

Yaron heads and coordinates the firm's pro bono activity. He is the pro bono legal counsel of Ayalot, Israel's largest and oldest running and triathlon club and a presiding judge in disciplinary tribunals.

Following graduation, Yaron spent 3 years with S. Horowitz & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms, followed by a 3 year tenure with the real estate finance group of Weil Gotshal in New York.  In 2002 Yaron co-founded Grofman, Rahimi & Co., which merged with Tadmor & Co. in 2008.
