Our highly experienced team has proven experience in litigation before Israeli courts, arbitrators and administrative tribunals.  We have a depth and range of experience across many areas, including:

We also advise our clients in structuring transactions in order to identify and mitigate issues that may lead to litigation or disputes in the future.  We are known for our strength in finding commercially-focused solutions to resolve disputes.

Our Litigation team is headed by David Gideoni.  David spent several years as section chief in the Israeli Antitrust Authority and has handled high profile and precedent setting cases and was the lead prosecutor in some complicated antitrust litigation cases, one of which was the litigation of the country-wide gas cartel.

Some of our recent high-profile cases include:

• Representing MTS (the Concessionaire chosen to fund, build and operate the Red Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail) in an 11 billion NIS dispute with the State of Israel before an Arbitration Panel following the termination of the Concession Contract;
• Representing Siemens in various complex litigation cases in Israel; and
• Representing Hutchinson and IDE in court proceedings challenging the award of the building and operation of the Sorek desalination plant.
