We advise clients on the full spectrum of project financing, including BOT/PPP/PFI project financing of infrastructure and development in all sectors, including roads, light rail, desalination and energy projects.

The expertise and skill of our team is evidenced through our work.  Some recent matters which our team has been involved include representing the concessionaire with respect to a 400 million Euro multi currency financing for the design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of a 150,000,000 m3/annum Seawater Desalination Facility at Sorek; representing the lenders financing a 100,000,000 m3/annum Seawater Desalination Facility in Ashdod; representing a large Israeli Bank in financing of a PFI project for the upgrade and maintenance of approximately 250km of highways in the north of Israel for a period of 20 years; representing a group of institutional lenders financing a telecommunications satellite known as "Amos 5"; the Cross-Israel Highway (Highway 6); Highway 431; and acting for Metropolitan Transportation Solutions on the project for the first line of the Tel Aviv metro.
