Tadmor & Co's real estate department represents a large variety of foreign and domestic real estate companies, developers, land owners and investors in all aspects of real estate development, capital deployment, financing and construction.

The team acts, on a regular basis, for some of Israel's leading developers (including publicly listed companies) on the overall structuring and execution of sophisticated real estate transactions. Special expertise and know-how are implemented in the field of residential development, where we are involved in complex large-scale developments, including:

• combination transactions;
• consideration transactions;
• Urban Renewal (national program for the rehabilitation of urban sites);
• projects involving the National Outline Plan (NOP) 38 (reinforcement of existing structures); and
• projects relating to heritage listed buildings.

We also commonly advise our clients on the formation of real estate joint ventures, partnerships and investment funds.

We have been involved in projects relating to some of Israel's first solar energy ranches as well as power plants, desalinization plants and transportation systems.  We are consistantly chosen by clients to work on these deals because of our capability to find creative answers to questions asked for the first time.
