Pro Bono

The legal system, and the protections which it can offer, exists for the benefit of all members of society, not just those who can afford legal fees.  We at Tadmor & Co. believe that everyone in our society should have access to legal representation and advice when needed and as a result, since our establishment, we have embraced our responsibility to the community at large and encouraged involvement by all our staff in pro bono and other public service activities.

All of our lawyers are encouraged to conduct pro bono legal work and we provide pro bono services for a wide range of activities. Our pro bono clients include both individuals and not-for-profit organizations seeking our advice in legally complex matters including in the areas of litigation, tax and commercial advice.

We provide our pro bono clients with the same dedication, legal excellence and qualitative service as all other clients receive at Tadmor & Co. When undertaking litigation on a pro-bono basis we represent our clients throughout the entire litigation process including drafting of submissions, attendance at urgent injunctions and interim hearings and negotiations throughout the process, in order to ensure our clients receive the most favorable outcome possible.

Some of the Firm's outstanding pro bono activities include:

• Representation of victims of crime in their claim for damages against the offender;
• Representation of victims of discrimination on the basis of origin and gender; and
• Representation of public housing tenants in eviction hearings.

We also provide advice on an ongoing basis to numerous not-for-profit organizations including the Noga Center for the Representation of Victims of Crime, Ono Academic College, "Tebeka"- The Israeli Association for Ethiopian Jews and the Israel Women's League.

Tadmor & Co's contribution to society through our pro bono activities has been recognized by D&B and also by the Israeli Bar association.
